Aydın Chamber of Industry (AYSO) is looking for a Business Development and Project Management Specialist to join our Project and Business Development Unit.

General Qualifications:
*Graduate of a 4-year degree program from a university in Turkey, or from a university abroad recognized as equivalent by the Turkish Higher Education Council (YÖK)
*English language proficiency (YDS) at least at level C (must be documented)
*Minimum 2 years of project management experience is a must
*PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred
*Proficient in MS Office applications
Able to generate solutions and take responsibility
*Team-oriented, with strong written/verbal communication, follow-up, and representation skills; adaptable to flexible working hours
*No restrictions on international travel
*For male candidates: military service must be completed
*Holds a valid Class B driving license and can actively drive
Role Overview:
*Establishing communication and organizing joint activities with international chambers and exchanges
*Organizing trade delegation visits, trade fairs, and cooperation-building activities
*Conducting overseas product and market research
*Preparing national and international-funded projects and managing the project process
*Managing member relations and undertaking responsibilities related to member management
*Providing consultancy and support to members based on their information needs
*Bringing together member groups with cooperation potential through sectoral clustering efforts, and identifying and monitoring working groups
*Developing international trade strategies aligned with member expectations, organizing activities, and conducting outcome/benefit analyses
